For as long as I can remember, Hillsboro, Oregon has had a parade run by the Hillsboro Rotary. I used to help direct traffic, and then for many years helped prepare an after parade picnic. This year, I decided to take photos. I really enjoyed talking with and photographing all of the people who make this parade possible.
