Our customer, MBDA, wanted a dataflow for their client intake. We presented the following, per their requested requirements. I did push back, gently, that Sharepoint lists are not the most optimal storage of the initial data. Plus, Power BI should be pointing to cleaned data instead of the raw data in the Sharepoint list. The customer stuck to their initial request. We ended up implementing the same cleaning, normalizing and optimization processes in both Power Automate and Power BI (via Power Query).
